Are you blind? Can't you see from the comments that users are disgusted with your license management "system." We users want to accomplish a simple objective, keeping the software running. Your website presents a maze of complications, and no obvious answer to the questions, "Why did the license(s) suddenly evaporate, and what must I do to get it (them) working again?" It's a wonder you have any sales, given the obstacles to making a purchase. You seem to have no idea what a subscription is and how renewal is accomplished. Hire a consultant. You are clearly too habituated to this mess to recognize it for what it is, an impediment to our progress and yours.
