Your website and license management "system" incentivize me to actively seek alternatives to your software

Are you blind? Can't you see from the comments that users are disgusted with your license management "system." We users want to accomplish a simple objective, keeping the software running. Your website presents a maze of complications, and no obvious answer to the questions, "Why did the license(s) suddenly evaporate, and what must I do to get it (them) working again?" It's a wonder you have any sales, given the obstacles to making a purchase. You seem to have no idea what a subscription is and how renewal is accomplished. Hire a consultant. You are clearly too habituated to this mess to recognize it for what it is, an impediment to our progress and yours.

    Thanks for taking the time to give your feedback. We do strive to make our systems more resilient. If you do have issues with your licenses, I would recommend contacting your account manager or submitting a service case so we can get your issue resolved as quickly as possible.
