Normally in a service or in a product based company when the application is been supported we usually send notifications to the customers when there is a sudden outage and when it will get resolved and once the issue is resolved we used to send notifications again to the customer saying the issue is resolved.
You have an URL to show the status but all the admins/co-admins will not know until we get a notification/issue reported by their users.
So we suggest to create some notifications tool or send notifications
