Subscription Entitlement Ideas

Welcome to the Bentley Subscription Services user feedback site. We value your feedback, and our team regularly reviews your ideas and considers them for future improvements to our products and services.

You have 3 options for providing feedback:

  1. VOTE for an existing idea. The popularity of an idea helps us understand its importance to the community.

  2. COMMENT on an existing idea. We want to hear your unique point of view.

  3. ADD a new idea. You can always submit a new idea if no existing one describes your suggestion.

Allocating a specific number of licenses to groups

Create a function where the total quantity of one type of license can be separated between groups

(Example 3 x Maxsurf licenses can be split so 1 x Maxsurf goes to one group and 2 x Maxsurf goes to another group).

This will act as an extra layer of blocking users from going over the total number of subscribed licenses. Especially helpful given the alerting system has limitations and we have groups situated at different locations.
