Assigning permissions in a Role in Infra Cloud - Filter by Manage Engineer or Validate

There are 61 permissions in various permission groups that can be assigned to a Role. I still dont know which of these are allowed in the 3 tiers of entitlements, Manage, Engineer, and Validate. How about a simple filter to allow setting up a custom role so that the Administrator will be sure that the individuals added to that role will be able to use it fully. We normally know which level of entitlement we are setting up that role for. A warning when adding a user to a role that they do not have the required entitlement for all the permissions in that role would also make my job a little easier.
