Virtuoso licensing resets license pool every renewal period.

Every single Year when our Virtuoso licenses are renewed, it resets the licensing pool and we have to manually re-assign all our users to the licenses. Can't you setup a way to avoid that? Renewals should not affect the current licensing pool. this is the only company that i deal with that does this. it seems pretty standard across the industry that when a renewal is placed, the licenses stay intact.
