Rather than display every application made by Bentley provide the option to only list applications our organization is entitled to use. Provide the option to display 'all' or display 'entitled'.
Am I correct that you're talking about the Access and Alerting page? If so, that is only showing the products that you're entitled to. But, I think I understand what you want is to be able to filter on the products that you have a covered quantity for so you don't have to sort through the entitlements that you have based in your subscriptions. I can put that on our backlog.
HI Daniel. Basically I want to be able to display only the applications Dillon has licenses for, not the 100 odd apps that we don't use and we block. This would make managing these so much simpler vs constantly having to search for the app and version we actual have under contract with our term license. For example, we pay for one version of WaterCAD, I don't want to see the entire list, only what we pay annual subscription on.

Can you give more details of what you're looking for? Within Entitlement Management we do have a list of all of the available entitlements under Access and Alerting. That is a big list for many accounts, but it does only represent what the account is entitled to use.
Is that the list you're talking about or are you talking about something else?
