Subscription Entitlement Ideas

Welcome to the Bentley Subscription Services user feedback site. We value your feedback, and our team regularly reviews your ideas and considers them for future improvements to our products and services.

New Evaluation Entitlement automated email template

We would be interested in adapting the automated emails sent to users added to the Evaluation Entitlements (but perhaps also to other product entitlements). We need a way to manage/edit the email that users get sent as they typically do not have the rights to download/install software on their machines that the current email implies?

    Thanks for the idea. We'll look in to it. I'm not sure we'll be able to allow you to edit the template before it goes out. But, I do think we'll be able to clarify the language in the template for your case.
