Request to Admin overusage a Licenses. Merged

it will be good option if a user can request the access to the licenses. through the ConnectionClient, so both User and Admin can request and acept/reject the access to the software. Rather than see when the user already accept overusage the licenses. And also add the "Real Time Report" on the CC, so the Admin can see the information need it.

Thank you for your feedback, Daniel. I disagree. Most other software companies do not do it this way.

It is common for IT administrators to constantly monitor licensing/software requests so that end users are not allowed to "accidentally" incur overage charges.

One simple fix to both of issues, could be a feature which only turns on this feature for companies/administrators who want to have this be an option.

Some companies prefer to stop people from using unauthorized software (especially if it can cost thousands of dollars) if the tradeoff is stopping someone from using the software for some period of time.

Users do not often "see" the overage pop-up as they may just automatically click it, like many people do for the cookies pop-up on websites. The overage pop-up should also come up every time a fee will be incurred, not just once per user.

Hi. Thanks for the feedback, but I don't think we can do this as a real-time workflow. It's not a viable workflow for a user to request access and an admin have to constantly monitor for these requests before end users can be allowed to do their job.

You can, however, set up entitlement group to allow only certain users access to a product and have a request process for a user to be added to that entitlement group.

With respect to the Real-time usage report in CC, I'm not sure sure that will help Admins all that much. Admins don't always have CC installed and, anyway, they already have access to the report through Subscription Analytics.
