Term licence costs were also not disclosed when we signed up and bought a perpetual licence of once of the Bentley products. It was a complete shock to receive the first 'over use' bill... and even harder to prevent them from being 'logged' by Bentley or restricted by the user. It continues to be a problem even after several months of going back and forth.... and the bills still come.
