In the Entitlement Management, when you select a product to set access setting (global, allow or deny), below there is a space to create exceptions. Under the Global entilement, although there is a column labeled "User or Group, when clicking the Create Exception button, I only see the option to create exception for users. What about creating exception for group?
I couldn't find the same exception under the country entitlement page and I can't seemed to change access setting within entitlement groups within country entitlement page (as the entitlement tied back to Global entitlement).
Would be great if exception from group could be allowed back into global entitlement page.
