We have had situations where the users fullname does not match their email and makes it hard to look them up without switching to a separate User Management screen

Hi. Thanks for your feedback. Can you describe how using an email address would improve this? It seems like it would have the same shortfall.
I'll note that there is separate feedback that we need to improve how these entitlement groups work with Enterprise licenses. Once those improvements are made, that might be a better approach for you to manage multiple people.
