I received the licensing information yesterday, 5/25 and after installation, I was only able to access the trial version which was installed prior.
I have been on the phone for about 4 hours yesterday, 5/25, with Bentley support and they are unable to resolve this issue.
I purchased the license on5/22, Sunday night and so far have only the trial version running.
Your support team has been doing trial and error and seem clueless about fixing this issue. All they have to say to me is that the development team looking at it. Seems like they are doing a rocket science project!
I am working on a project for which I need access to the full license immediately.
