Machine Registration Update

From the Bentley Entitlement Management, there is a note like this:

Machines added in the current calendar quarter will be locked until the start of the next quarter. Locked machines are indicated by this lock icon

so does it mean that we can update our machine list in Oct? my question is when and which day is OK? cause we will have public leave from Oct. 1st to 7th.

Maybe there should be a messge to show this.

    Registed machines will be unlocked at the start of each calendar quarter: Jan 1, April 1, July 1 and Oct 1.
