Hi. From what I can see, your account doesn't have a subscription that would give you access to pooled licenses. Without a subscription, your licenses are node-locked.
You may just need to manage your node-locked license in our Entitlement Management portal. More information about that is located here: Machine Registration for non-SELECT accounts
