It is extremely irritating needing to constantly be looking at our licencing page of the site to constantly check if licences are expiring. This is not how subscription models work. they are supposed to simply auto renew, not force you to buy a new licence and manually move the persons licence assignment over every single time they expire.
No other subscription company does those to their customers (clearing assigned licenses). Why does Bentley do this? Why can't Bentley design this Virtuoso licensing system, so it does not clear the license assgnments after renewal. Please ask management and request this enhancement to the system. It is rediculous for Bentley to have their customers do this every darn year. Importing from a spreadsheet is not an appropriate process. Fix this ASAP!
