I need a contact to make a complaint please?

Who do i contact to complain about Bentley Systems?
Currently there is no way of doing this on the website!

    Thank you for your advice, but I have already reached out to Bentley through the contact page and silence. Bentley needs an official complaint procedure. At current there is none whatsoever and you are left going around in circles. Very poor customer service.

    There is an irony here that you're suggesting I use this portal to complain but my post IS a complaint... However I specifically want someplace where this will be carried to senior management. I don't think my local rep is that person. I feel like the systems in place for tracking software use and your ability to limit your exposure to cost is intentionally cumbersome crafted to drive undue revenue for Bentley. The tools available, while possibly cool to the developers, are basically useless to the users. The Bentley revenue model of allowing users to rack up charges without providing limits to use, is unethical.
