Allow warning threshold number for license usage to be set at total number of purchased licenses, including Term Licenses.

Too often, we end up purchasing a term license for Ram Structural System that we use once, or maybe twice, before the quarter is completed. It would benefit our users if the warning threshold number for license usage could be set to track the total number of purchased licenses, including Term Licenses, so that once a term license was purchased, others could use it for the duration of the license. I realize that I could change the threshold number to a larger number, but I would inevitably forget to change it back, insuring the purchase of another Term License in the next quarter. We pay quite a lot for those Term Licenses, and it only seems fair that you could make your system support the continued use of the license for the period that it was paid for.
