Bentley Alerting need to be upgraded

Alerting is not Proper for license usage in Bentley,some time even after declining request it generate QTL with out alert.

Also the same if user acknowledge, atleat at that point of time it should acknowledge Administrator

    Hi Daniel. I don't see the problem. Give the end user the ability to waint for the admin's approval. I'm sure most company's would absolutely use this option. maybe only except for the companies who like to pay a sick amount of money for 10 minutes. At the moment it is just a criminal company your running...

    If the alert is declined, then the product should not start and there should be no QTL generated. If you find that happens, please log a service request.

    As for introducing an organization administrator into this approval process, we've considered it, but it just doesn't seem like a viable or productive process to make the user wait for an admin's approval. We recommend educating users on what choice you expect them to make when presented with that alert and utilizing the custom message to give them more information.
