Limit WAN IP range for Bentley SES applications.

With SelectSeries you could limit the WAN IP address of registrations. There is no replicated functionality within SES and I believe there needs to be.

    We're not going to be able to provide this feature in SES. We don't always get the IP address from the platform as there are regional privacy concerns around that information. Even if we could consistently provide this functionality, our analysis showed that less that 1% of accounts used that feature in SELECTserver, so it didn't make much sense to move that forward.

    The user-based controls in SES are much more robust than anything that was available in SELECTserver. I would recommend taking advantage of those.
