I could not help but notice the "top vote getters" were all related to this one topic - administrators NOT being able to stop user generated overages, by using application licenses in excess of the allotted amount.
Interesting. One would think this is a "new" problem. It is not. I cannot help but agree with the frustration out here, as Bentley Systems continues this policy.
